We are currently experiencing a minor technical issue with our payment gateway on our Online Store.

If you order from the shop using your card, payment IS being taken, but the payment provider is not returning some payment statuses to us. We’re keeping an eye out for those orders which are effected and manually switching these from ‘Awaiting Payment’ or ‘Cancelled’ (if they’ve timed out) to ‘Processing’.

Please don’t order twice, your first order will be processed.

If you have duplicated the order because of this issue, we are issuing immediate refunds for the duplicate payment.

We’ll keep you posted with updates from our payment provider’s development team.
