As part of their time at Scouts I like to encourage each of them to take over and lead a meeting.
I feel that is a good way to not only build on their skills for life in planning and delivering but also helping to build their self confidence. So far patrol leaders Hollie Burrows and Daniel Kirk challenged themselves as not only took charge but delivered their meetings over Zoom (which we know isn’t an easy task). More recently Ágata Urbanowicz took the lead with an evening of solving riddles even I struggled with answering some of them !!
Well done to them and I look forward to seeing others participate.
